As a Seminary and School of Theology, the “affiliation field” is one of the most used fields in tracking our candidates/students. This is the diocese or religious order with which they are affiliated. Currently, this field is not available in the EMS-inquiry forms-Applicant Blocks. The work around for this situation, we have created a Custom candidate field to capture the information on the inquiry form. Then we manually add this field to the “affiliation field” when we assign a checklist.

EMS -Admissions/Candidates List: When filtering under Candidate-the affiliation field is not available.

EMS -Admissions/Analyze/Admissions Funnel – Affiliation field is not available.

EMS and Academics- Analysis/Reports and Manage Lists: Affiliation needs to be a selection when filtering for analyzing and using the canned reports.

Academics -Grades/Setting up a Transcript: The affiliation field must be printed on the Transcript. It is currently not available in the Student Header to select.

This is what we have noticed so far in testing the system. Please add the affiliation field as a core selection for all of your canned reports for candidates and students. We look forward to your response with this request.
