Add a credit to a withdrawn Student

As of right now if a student is withdrawn from enrollment, you cannot add a credit to their account. At our location, the registrar handles the withdraw switch over. As the billing clerk there are times that I need to issue a credit to a withdrawn student to zero out their account but that often will take place a decent period of time after the actual date of withdraw. The case I had today was 8 days later. The problem with delaying the marking of the withdraw, it causes any lists to be inaccurate which is not acceptable when you are generating an enrollment list for financial aid processing verification.

    Really eager to have this. Right now if I have withdrawn student making payments I have to leave them in "current student" status indefinitely, and that messes up lists and reporting.

    This is definitely something we want to support. No ETA to report yet, but we're working to refine the requirements so we can bring this enhancement to the product.
