My understanding is that access to previous official notes is driven by the faculty/staff member's roster relationship to a student (e.g. currently their teacher, advisor, coach, etc)

This means that teachers who write official notes in a previous year and don't teach that student again lose access to referencing their own sent official notes.

I suggest a permanent change or School-controlled option to allow author permanent access to the official notes they have composed.
