When administering a quiz/exam as an Assessment, if a student opens a new tab in the browser or opens a new application, the quiz/exam should be paused. At that point, it can only be resumed with permission from the teacher after she/he clicks Allow Continue.

This will help to ensure the security of the testing environment.
