Enroll date MUST be the actual date of enrollment, not the start date of the term

According to a BB support representative, "the enroll date does default to the start date and this is intended behavior." This needs to be changed so that this date does indeed reflect the date the student was enrolled in the class. The actual date shows when managing classes and adding a student manually, but then is changed to the start of class date.

It might be better to have an "Add Date" and a "Start Date" as two distinct fields. Both dates would serve a purpose.
