There are several places in the EMS module where the button says "Print Xxxxxx" (such as Print Inquiry). This is very confusing to new users who would like to view, and have no need (ever) to print.

I keep telling my new users "print = view."

View is more accurate. Can the button name be changed so that we don't have to work around this erroneous wording? Nobody prints anymore! And even if they want to print, it makes more sense to view before printing than it does to go to a print button in order to view.
