It would be helpful to incorporate the emergency contact form into each of the students individual contact card, so that parents have the option to access the form at all time and make adjustments when necessary. The current emergency contact form itself under the school forms option is not accessible once submitted, and all manual changes within the contact card afterwards do not reflect on the emergency form. This form should also be easy to print. This adaption is very important as we as a school rely on accurate student information and Blackbaud as our managing program should consider this adaption.
