Add the Term with the Academic Year in the

Add the Term with the Academic Year in the School Year drop-down (in Academics)

In Academics, under a Student’s name, School Year drop-down, please add the term with the year. Students do not understand why a year may show up three different times. I know it’s because they took classes in three separate terms, but that is not clear to a student.
