Billing Management has a total lack of internal controls. There are no batch reports to show what was done when by whom which means there is no ability to research what has happened, whether good or bad. Anybody can do anything they want and there is no way to figure out what happened. A pretty basic expectation to be able to trace back what has happened and follow the money.
