Blackbaud ID Invite Looks like a SPAM Email, allow for customization

If I were a parent or any user, I would be skeptical of this email. It looks like a spam email. You should allow for customization of this email with some school branding.

    I was able to change ours in Core > Communication > Notifications > Notifications tab > Category: User Management

    Correct. A school email banner, logo, school colors, etc. The email in it's current state doesn't look like a legitimate email.
