In Billing Management - Financial Aid add User

In Billing Management - Financial Aid add User ID, Host ID columns to the list of columns that can be added . Add ability to save Financial Aid list.

We need to include Host_Id, User_ID columns in the Financial Aid list in order to link records to records in PowerFAids and other applications. We also need an ability to save Financial Aid list with selected columns and filters.
