Allow the Use of Special Fields in Lists, Reports & Statements

Currently, I believe special fields can only be accessed through the Student list, but it would be very helpful to have access to it through other lists, the Aged Receivable report, and billing statements to allow additional filtering capability.

    These fields would also be useful to have on lists that any user can get VIEW ONLY access to and not have to have schedule manager or platform manager roles!
