Allow link to Assignment from within Topic

When building out the topic, Faculty want the ability to link to assignments that have been created, related to a specific topic.  Within the LMS -- Topic creation -- under "Material" , add the ability to drag in "assignments" as a content type.

    Discovery Opportunity: Topics!

    Our team is looking to speak directly with teachers about the Topics module. The session will be 30 minutes in length and will focus on a working prototype for an overhaul of the Topics module. We'll ask the teacher to perform some tasks in the prototype and give us their feedback on the experience. If you have any teachers who would like to participate, feel free to send them the link below to schedule a session.
