When creating an announcement from the Bulletin Board of a Community, the Published date autofills in but not the time. This is creating issues when faculty forgets to enter the time, as the announcement will default to the bottom of the list on that date instead of the top. The announcements are then not displaying the most updated information at the top for the students.
