Allow Selecting a Session for Adding Charges so that they Align with Financial Aid for AutoApply

I recently added charges manually by a group because it is quicker for us than running an import and makes it easier to identify when there is an issue with a student setup that doesn't allow them to be billed. The system currently doesn't allow you to set the session/term that accompanies the charge when entering them manually. Even though the charge was entered and the charge date was within the session parameters identified for spring, the charges were identified as being for the fall, but you do not see this unless you click into the charge. When I imported my financial aid for the spring, it requires the session to be specified. Once the financial aid import had been run, I was told that it didn't autoapply to the intended charges because the sessions do not align. The choices are to either manually apply all of the financial aid that was imported or to reimport financial aid to change from the correct term to the incorrect term that was determined by the system so that they align. It would be really helpful to be able to specify the session when entering charges to avoid having to enter incorrect information in financial aid to have them align or alternatively having to manually apply each of the financial aid items.

PS- I was told that this was not caused by a glitch, but should be entered as an enhancement request in the Idea Bank
