Currently you are not able to bill a group if anyone in the group has a statement recipient missing. No error is shown, and the student without the statement recipient is not identified, the batch just will not post. When this step is primarily done once a year with the incoming class, it would be very helpful for the system to give some kind of message to alert you to the issue and which student record is the problem.
