In Higher Ed, parents primarily need access to 3 things: billing statements, 1098Ts, and the ability to pay their student's bill. The students can provide parents copies of the first two without their parent logging into their account, but not the ability to make a payment. It would be really helpful if a student could email or text their parent a link from the Billing screen to allow them to make a payment without having to coordinate the parent signing into their account, since this is the only reason they need login access.
