Currently, if a teacher needs to edit a generic comment, they must repeat the process of entering it by using the +Add bulk comment"

The existing “Bulk Edit” button (located in the top-left corner) is misleading because it only allows bulk editing of grades, not generic comments.

Additionally, when a grade plan contains only comments, the “Bulk Edit” button becomes non-functional, further confusing users.

Proposed changes:

1. Rename the “Bulk Edit” button to “Bulk Grade Edit.”

2. Add a new “Bulk Comment Edit” button to allow teachers to edit generic comments in bulk.
