I am proposing a Facilities Calendar that acts very similar to the Athletics Calendar. The idea would be that any room on campus could be "rented" out for a small period of time.

For example, a group from the outside community wants to rent the gymnasium for a night. They want it from 6-10pm on Friday. One of our admins can look on the Calendar and see that boys basketball has practice from 6-8pm but the gym is free on Saturday.

We would like for this calendar to be separate from Athletics and the Master Schedule but the three calendars should merge/ blend to accommodate games, practices, and regularly scheduled classes. In theory, every room could be "rented" and we can add rooms that are not classrooms, such as the Concession Stand. Lastly, we would like for this to be added to the All Community Calendar, so that all employees, athletics, and admin can see and manage the rooms.
