Make Parent/Guardian acknowledgement on application optional

We have an application for M.Ed and Ed.D. students, and currently there is no way to turn off the "I am the parent/guardian of this child" acknowledgement on the application screen. This seems like a major oversight, given that this is a Higher Ed system.

Please either remove this requirement or give us a way to turn it off.
