Once a term has ended our faculty can have sometimes a few days and sometimes two weeks to enter grades. The courses for that ended term disappear from the Requirements page until they are graded. Our students, faculty, advisors, and staff need to see that the student took the course in the prior year and is just waiting for grade entry. Once the course is graded it suddenly appears again. It does not make sense that courses in the current term can be shown as "in progress" but courses that have completed in the prior term can't say "grading in process". For courses to appear and then disappear because a term has ended and grades haven't been entered yet, does not make logical sense.
