Allow multiple payment plans

Many Higher Ed schools issue multiple contracts throughout the year; using a contract for each upcoming term. Currently, the system will only display the first payment plan from the first submitted contract. Having the ability to have the payment plans stack per school year would be great.

    This would be useful for K-12 schools as well. Some families need different schedules for different fees.
