Many research databases are accessed via a proxy server, and need a proxy prefix in order to authenticate a user. Please add the ability to include an optional Proxy Prefix anywhere that a weblink is used.

For example, when a professor is adding an article from JSTOR to a Topic page, the link setup should have a checkbox labeled Use Proxy? to let the professor indicate that the proxy address is needed for this link.

Platform Managers should be given the ability to update the Proxy Prefix.
