For adding Table Values, it would be helpful to be able to import a file with the full list we want as the values. For example under Citizenship, it would be time saving to be able to upload a full list of countries, rather than type them out

Agreed! There should also be an option to sort ascending/descending (e.g. alphabetically). Manually dragging and dropping hundreds of values is not practical or efficient.
I would prefer not to type 200+ entries for citizenship.
