Could the merging duplicate accounts feature provide more detail when the accounts are not able to be merged? The message that comes up states: "This user cannot be deleted without further action." Having more to go on would be extremely helpful and time-saving.

Yes, We too wish the duplicate merge functionality would work better in general. When accessing the possible duplicate list, we realize it doesn't identify possible duplicates well enough. We find duplicates all the time, which do not appear in the list. Also, once we try to merge the found duplicates, many times it is a complicated process.

Just like getting that red "error" banner across the top of the screen with no explanation of what the error is. This system is not intuitive, so more information is always better than leavnig us to guess and pull our hair out with "support" reps.
Yes, please display more details in this tool to make it easier to decide if two users are a match. For example, display the birthdate of the users, grad years, email address, etc. if available.
